Learning outcomes
LO01. Collect, process and analyze information in the field of earth sciences. LO04. Use information technologies, cartographic and geo-information models in the region earth sciences, in particular in soil science. LO08. Justify choices and use field and laboratory methods to analyze natural and anthropogenic systems and objects. LO13. To be able to communicate the results of activities to a professional audience and the general public, to do presentations and messages. LO15. To be able to choose optimal methods and Tools for research, data collection and processing.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) To know the theoretical foundations of general geographic disciplines. 2) To be able to observe and analyze the living space on different information slices, to determine the main problems and conflicts of nature use.
Course content
The content of the discipline reveals theoretical and applied issues of land management and urban planning. The structure of the discipline involves the study of the theoretical foundations of spatial planning and normative documents in the professional field, as well as a review of the methods and practices of developing land management projects and urban planning documentation.

Assessment methods and criteria
Survey in the form of test, oral and written lecture, MKR, exam. The recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points (recommended minimum), writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the exam. The final assessment in the form of an exam is conducted in a written format. The maximum number of points on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester ones is 24 points.
