PLO 3. Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership. PLO 4. Demonstrate the skills of interaction, leadership, teamwork. PLO 15. Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and socially conscious on the basis of ethical considerations (motives), respect for diversity and interculturality. PLO 14. Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find means to neutralize it. PLO 16. Demonstrate the skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, be critical and self-critical.

- successful mastery of the basic academic disciplines of training specialists in the field of knowledge 07 "Management and administration" at the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, in particular: "Introduction to university studies", "Modern information technologies in the economy", "Management", "Philosophy", "Macroeconomics", "Finance", "Statistics for economists"; - knowledge of the theoretical foundations of psychology and sociology, etc.

Self-organization of the manager's personal activity. Business communication in the manager's activity. Мodule 2. "Applied aspects of self-management." Manager as a person. Self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-esteem. Self-motivation and self-control of the manager. Self-education and self-development of the manager's creative potential to increase his professionalism. Self-education and self-improvement of managerial competencies. Formation of the qualities of an effective manager. Development of management potential. Self-actualization of the manager. Manager's career management.

Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team creative tasks, analysis of problem situations, creation of video pitches and their presentation.

Current rating: - oral answer/individual task 5 points/3 points; - situational, test tasks 5 points/3 points - addition of 1 point/0 points; Modular control: 2 modular control works. - modular control work (for semester 2 of the academic year) 10/6 points; Independent work: defense of an educational project. - educational project (independent work during the semester) 20/12 points. The final assessment is carried out in the form of a credit with a maximum score of 20 points (cut-off score of 12 points).
