            Course content
        
        
            The discipline is devoted to study basic provisions of cross-border ecological cooperation and the main ones problems that it is aimed at solving. Accordingly, the course consists of two content modules: basics (module 1) and problems (module 2) cross-border environmental cooperation Within the first module, basic principles and forms are considered cross-border and international environmental cooperation, its history formation and development, the main international organizations involved
nature protection and other environmental problems, the main international ones environmental agreements, conventions, programs. In the second module, the main problems of ecological content are considered, with of which cross-border environmental cooperation is conducted: development
transboundary eco-networks and nature conservation territories, ecological monitoring, rational nature management in international river basins and cross-border natural regions, in particular in the Carpathians, Polissia, and the Danube etc.
