Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The study discipline "Geodesy" is based on a cycle of disciplines of theoretical and professional training, in particular, students must possess knowledge of topography, have basic training in mathematics, physics, radio electronics.
Course content
The study discipline "Geodesy" is the basis for obtaining a bachelor's degree in the field of knowledge "19. Architecture and construction" specialty "193. Geodesy and land management". The theory and practice of training specialists in the study of the shape and dimensions of the Earth, methods of precise geodetic, gravimetric and astronomical-geodetic measurements, which are performed to determine the coordinates of points on the earth's surface, are presented; study of the theory and practice of geodetic measurements on the earth's surface using modern technologies, technical and software tools for the creation of a geodetic network of topographic surveys (main geodetic works). Processing these dimensions.

Assessment methods and criteria
For students who during the semester did not reach the minimum grade level (60% of the maximum possible number of points), a final semester test is conducted, the maximum grade for which cannot exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points on a 100-point scale). Final assessment in the form of credit: the maximum number of points on the credit - 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester ones - 24 points (60%the maximum number of points assigned to the credit). The recommended minimum for admission to the test is 38 points.
