Learning outcomes
- to acquaint students with the basic scientific theory and methodology of the basics of standardization and rationing in land management; - students must learn the objects of land legal relations and the definition of types and forms of land management; - determine land legal relations according to the current Land Code of Ukraine. As a result of studying the discipline, students must acquire skills in conducting research activities, learn to conduct author's research, in particular, in terms of information collection, its systematization and reproduction in digital form.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of such courses as: "Higher Geodesy", "Fundamentals of Land Management and Cadastre", "Mathematical Processing of Geodetic Data", "Remote Sensing of the Earth" and "Land Law". 2. To be able to work with technical documentation on land management in a legal regime 3. To have basic skills of carrying out geodetic measurements of land plots in kind and entering these measurements into the electronic register.
Course content
The course "Regulatory and technical support of activity" forms students' knowledge about objects of land legal relations, the legal regime of land as the main national wealth. Standardization and rationing in land management as an educational discipline provides students with knowledge in the field of standardization, skills and abilities necessary to perform tasks to achieve the optimal degree of regulation of the rational use of land resources, protection of land and the natural environment, possession of information about the state of land resources and the environment, acceptance correct design and management decisions.Землевпорядні дії здійснюються в певному порядку і послідовності, мають встановлений законом порядок, який включає підготовчі роботи, складання, розгляд і затвердження проекту, перенесення його в натуру, оформлення і видачу документів, авторський нагляд. Складання проектів землеустрою посідає тут ключове місце. Це найбільш трудомістка, складна і відповідальна робота, оскільки проект організації території визначає правовий режим та напрями використання

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
All types of work are carried out during the semester, including independent work and performance of individual tasks. For students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points, it is necessary to re-study the course in order to receive credit. For works submitted late, 2 points are deducted for each day of delay. In the case of a student's absence due to valid reasons, re-examination and re-submission of the MKR are carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on the procedure for evaluating students' knowledge under the credit-module system of organizing the educational process" dated October 31, 2010.
Assessment methods and criteria
The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of oral answers at seminar classes, written test papers, and the exam. The specific weight of learning outcomes in the final assessment, provided they are mastered at the appropriate level, is as follows: • knowledge (1.1–1.4 – 30 points); • skill (2.1–2.4 – 20 points); • communication (3.1 – 40 points); • autonomy and responsibility (4.1 – 10 points). Mandatory for credit is the performance of students with two essays at the seminar (min).
