Learning outcomes
1. Students should know the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the science of constitutional law, terminology of the field of constitutional law of foreign countries; the constitutional principles of the legislative process and the implementation of the function of law -making in the parliamentary practice of foreign countries; Formation of Ukrainian parliamentarism and constitutional-legal status of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. 2. Students should be able to apply the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the science of constitutional law in the scientific analysis of parliamentary life; to analyze the political processes that occur in foreign countries and Ukraine, to draw appropriate conclusions and generalizations; To formulate recommendations for improving the legal regulation of political relations in society.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students should know the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the training course of parliamentarism, basic political institutions of constitutional law of foreign countries and constitutional law of Ukraine; to apply the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the science of constitutional law, knowledge of the laws of legal regulation and functioning of political relations in the analysis of parliamentarism in specific foreign countries and to predict their development; to have elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political events and phenomena; Use of foreign language political political sources and provisions of constitutions of foreign countries.
Course content
The course contents the finding out the concept of parliamentarism through the mastery of students of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the science of constitutional law of foreign countries and constitutional law of Ukraine, mastering knowledge about the basic political institutions of parliamentarism and constitutional principles that underlie legal regulation of political relations in parliamentary states.
