Learning outcomes
PLO 1. To evaluate own educational and scientific-professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy for self-development and professional self-improvement.
PLO 4. To assess and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and suggest ways to solve them in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting.
PLO 5. To find optimal ways of effective interaction in the professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels.
PLO 12. To observe the rules of academic integrity.
PLO 29. To use specialized psychological knowledge in the organization of the main types of activities in a higher educational institution, to apply psychological methods of optimizing the educational process.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation; possessing the skills and abilities of analyzing scientific literature, preparing essays, presentations, conducting a discussion.
Course content
The purpose of the educational discipline is to acquaint students with the content, tasks and methods of higher school psychology as an educational discipline and branch of science, to provide general theoretical training, as well as mastering modern psychological technologies of effective educational activities in a higher education institution.
The content of the course reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of higher school psychology, its conceptual and categorical apparatus, the peculiarities of the student as a subject of educational and professional activity, his adaptation to study at higher education institutions; peculiarities of the development of the student group, psychological aspects of the activity of the teacher of higher educational institutions and the basis of the development of his professionalism; psychological patterns of pedagogical interaction between teacher and student.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Learning activities during the semester: lectures, discussions; oral answers in practical classes; additions, participation in the discussion; modular test.
Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of learning the material from the entire educational course. The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom work (which includes the unsupervised work as well on processing theoretical material for classroom preparation: oral answers, additions, tests, presentation defense) and for independent work (presentation preparation). All types of work for the semester have as a result: max. 60 points, min. 36 points.The final number of points for the discipline (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final assessment during exam (max. 40 / min 24).
