Prerequisites and co-requisites
Possess basic knowledge of French civilization acquired in high school. Have a basic knowledge of French acquired during the first semester of study.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to equip students with knowledge in the field of linguistics of the second language they study (French), to acquaint them in general with the life, geography and culture of France.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Learning activities during the semester: Oral answer Additions, participation in the discussion, Tests, Presentation Final evaluation.
Assessment methods and criteria
During the semester, evaluation is carried out in accordance with the planned types of work and forms of control. The test is based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment activities. Students who score a minimum positive score of 60 receive a "credit". Students who do not score the minimum positive number of points - 60, receive - "not credited". Students who scored a total of less than 60 points per semester, to pass the test must write a material on the topics on which the debt arose, in the form of writing independent papers, essays or, if necessary, write a test.
