The discipline is based on the cycle of competencies of the first degree, namely the range of psychological and pedagogical, methodological and pedagogical and literary disciplines ("History of Turkish Literature", "Methods of Teaching Turkish Language and Literature") on the basis of basic knowledge and skills to master the educational material, to speak Turkish at a level that satisfies the communicative needs for processing works in the original and translation, to be aware of the disciplines of the worldview cycle, to have digital skills, to have formed skills for reading and understanding literary texts. Successful completion of the course requires that bachelor's students have basic knowledge of the history of Turkic literature and Turkish literature, as the learning objectives of the discipline are to familiarize students with the basic concepts of comparative literature; analyze the contemporary literature of Turkey and Turkic countries, etc.
Course content
The discipline "Methods of Teaching Literature of the Turkic World" is theoretical and practical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of future teachers of Turkish language and literature experience necessary in their professional activities; provides future specialists with knowledge of the theory and practice of conducting classes in Turkish literature with students, as well as familiarization with innovative technologies, forms of organization, methods, means of teaching, education, management in the secondary education system;
The academic discipline "Methods of Teaching Literature of the Turkic World" is an independent compulsory component of the educational and scientific program "Turkish Language and Literature and English".
The program of the discipline consists of 2 content modules per semester. Classes are conducted in the form of lectures and seminars. essays and independent work are provided. The course ends with an exam.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, an assessment of theoretical training, which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and an assessment of practical training, which accounts for 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
1. Oral answer: 8 - 16 points.
2. Additions, participation in the discussion: 8 - 16 points.
3. Analysis of the composition and content of the lesson in writing: 2 - 4 points.
4. Individual work (preparation of a fragment of the lesson; presentation of the lesson): 6 - 8 points.
5. Modular control work: 6 - 8 points.
6. Module test 2: 6 - 8 points.
7. Exam: 24 - 40 points.
