Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Know the historical stages of development of the subject area. PLO 4. To know and understand the peculiarities of teaching heterogeneous groups of students, to apply differentiation of learning, to organize the educational process taking into account the special needs of students. PLO 5. To operate with the basic categories and concepts of the specialty. PLO 9. To master the forms and methods of educating students in the classroom and in extracurricular activities, to be able to track the dynamics of personal development of the child. PLO 10. Able to design a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment, work effectively autonomously and in a team, organize student cooperation and communication with their parents. PLO 27.2. Apply knowledge of modern concepts and methods of teaching Turkish, second Turkic and related Turkic languages in secondary school.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prior to taking this course, students of the educational program must successfully complete the following courses: "Psychology (of secondary school students)", "Methods of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language", "Methods of teaching a foreign language in secondary school", "Methodological principles and modern concepts of teaching languages and literatures", "Interactive methods of teaching a foreign language", as well as: - know the peculiarities of psychology of secondary school students; the main categories of the scientific apparatus of psychology and teaching methods; - be able to use in practice the basic knowledge of the basics of philology, history, psychology, sociology; apply the acquired knowledge and skills; - have basic skills of cognitive activity; basic concepts of culture of thinking, its general laws; skills of independent work with large amounts of information.
Course content
The content of this discipline provides future specialists with knowledge of the theory and practice of extracurricular activities and optional extracurricular work with students, the rules for arranging conditions for conducting extracurricular activities, as well as the use of extracurricular activities for the development of project and research activities; encourages higher education students to be creative in the process of theoretical and practical study; provides an opportunity to expand the field of activity of future teachers of Turkic languages and literatures by applying the acquired knowledge and skills. Classes are held in the form of lectures and practical classes. Each content part involves a research workshop aimed at verifying students' research skills in the process of solving practical problems (modeling textbook projects). The course ends with a test.
