Prerequisites and co-requisites
Applicants for higher education must successfully master the following disciplines: "Psychology (of secondary school students)", "Methods of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language", "Methods of teaching Turkish language and literature", "Methods of teaching English in secondary school", "Methods of teaching related Turkic languages in secondary school", "Modern concepts of teaching Turkish in secondary school" and know: - basic provisions of psychology and methods of teaching foreign languages; - the main categories of the scientific apparatus of psychology and teaching methods. be able to: - use basic and professionally oriented knowledge of the basics of philology, history, sociology and cultural studies; - apply the acquired knowledge in practice. have basic skills of: - of cognitive and professional activity; - culture of thinking, its general laws.
Course content
The discipline is theoretical and practical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of future Turkish language teachers' experience necessary in their future professional activities. The content of this discipline, firstly, provides future specialists with knowledge about the strategic directions of development of modern school foreign language education, modern methods and technologies of teaching foreign languages, as well as forms of organizing students' learning activities in Turkish language lessons in secondary school, secondly, encourages higher education students to be creative in the process of theoretical and practical study, and thirdly, makes it possible to expand the field of activity of future Turkish language teachers in secondary school by applying the acquired knowledge. Classes are held in the form of lectures and seminars. The course ends with a test.
