            PLO1. Evaluate own educational and scientific and professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy of self-development and professional self-improvement.
PLO2. Confidently speak the state language, Turkish, a second Turkic language and English for written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present the results of their research in the state, Turkish and English languages.
PLO7. Analyse, compare and classify different trends and schools in Turkish linguistics and Turkic literature.
PLO9. Describe the theoretical foundations (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) and applied aspects of Turkish philology.

            - practical knowledge of grammatical structures and rules of word formation in the second Turkic language;

            Course content
        
        
            The aim of the discipline is to ensure students' practical mastery of various types of speech activities, i.e. to operate freely in dialogic and monologic speech within the topics covered during the entire period of study of this discipline; reading and understanding of adapted texts of scientific, artistic, colloquial and socio-political styles; formation of written communication skills and gradual shift of the main focus from the formation of speech skills to the development of speech abilities
The discipline "General Theoretical Course in the Second Turkic Language" is theoretical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of the necessary theoretical basis for future philologists in the second Turkic language. Thanks to this course, students can deepen their knowledge of the grammar of the second Turkic language. The content of this discipline, firstly, provides future specialists with knowledge about the strategic directions of development of the modern second Turkic language, modern research in its field, secondly, encourages higher education students to be creative in the process of theoretical study, and thirdly, makes it possible to expand the field of activity of future Turkish philologists by applying the acquired knowledge and skills in the second Turkic language.
The programme of the discipline consists of 2 content modules. Classes are held in the form of lectures and practical classes. The course ends with a test.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training -
learning outcomes (knowledge), which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills), which accounts for 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
1. Answer at the seminar: 15 - 30 points. 
2. Presentation: 15 - 30 points. 
3. Control work with open answers: 15 - 20 points. 
4. Final control work: 15 - 20 points. 
5. Credit: 12 - 20 points.
