Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know:
- successful mastery of professional disciplines during previous courses of study bachelor's degree;
- knowledge of literary concepts and history of Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, partially Eastern and European literature.
Be able to:
- use basic and professionally oriented knowledge of the basics of philology, history, sociology and cultural studies;
- apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
Have basic skills of^

- culture of thinking, its general laws.
Course content
Familiarization of students with relevant aspects of modern literary studies that relate to and influence Crimean Tatar literature. Formation of students' understanding of various methods of literature research, taking into account different contexts: regional, national (including the TOT of Crimea) and international contexts.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Oral response to lectures, oral report at a seminar, preparation of a presentation (working with various sources), presentation defense
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes, which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training, which accounts for 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
Part 1: Module 1:
1. Work in seminars (oral response): 6 - 12 points.
2. Oral comments and additions at lectures: 16 - 24 points.
3. Participation in the final seminar-discussion: 5 - 10 points.
Part 2: Module 2:
1. Work in seminars (oral report): 10 - 20 points.
2. Preparation of a presentation on a relevant topic: 10 - 14 points.
3. Public defense of the presentation: 13 - 20 points.
