Learning outcomes
PLO8. Evaluate historical achievements and the latest achievements of literary studies. PLO9. To characterize the theoretical foundations (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) and applied aspects of Crimean Tatar philology. PLO10. Collect and systematize linguistic, literary, folklore facts, interpret and translate texts of different styles and genres into the Crimean Tatar language. PLO11. Carry out scientific analysis of linguistic, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalizations based on independently processed data. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: - the main provisions of general and Crimean Tatar literary studies; - the main categories of the scientific apparatus of literary studies. Be able to: - use basic and professionally oriented knowledge of the basics of philology, history, sociology and cultural studies; - apply the acquired knowledge in practice. To have: - Elementary skills of cognitive and professional activity; - Elementary skills of culture of thinking, its general laws.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form theoretical knowledge of higher education students in literary studies as a special branch of philology, to study the influence of modern trends on Turkic literature, to study European literary trends and Turkic literary achievements within them. The discipline is theoretical and practical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of future philologists' experience in analyzing texts necessary for their future professional activities. The content of this discipline, firstly, provides future specialists with knowledge of modern literary trends, secondly, encourages higher education students to rethink the place of Turkic literature in the world, and thirdly, makes it possible to expand the field of activity of future philologists by applying the acquired knowledge and skills.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes, which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training, which accounts for 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Work in laboratory classes: 10 - 20 points. 2. Creative and research tasks: 10 - 20 points. 3. Module work №1: 8 - 10 points. 4. Module work # 2: 8 - 10 points. 5. Final control work: 14 - 20 points.
