Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: - semantic differences of words; - basic grammatical categories of the Crimean Tatar language. Be able to: - use basic and professionally oriented knowledge of the basics of philology, history, sociology and cultural studies; - apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Possess basic skills: - cognitive and professional activity; - culture of thinking, its general laws.
Course content
The aim of the discipline is to develop the following competencies in students: - spontaneously and freely express themselves on a wide range of general, professional and scientific topics within the framework of the curriculum; - understand the content of discourses of different styles; identify genre and style characteristics of the text; -practically apply the acquired knowledge in various situations related to the subject matter of the discipline. As a result of the study, students develop skills in working with authentic discourse on various topics. The skills of perception and accurate reproduction of a text of a high level of complexity by ear are deepened. The skills of oral communication in various communication situations are improved.

Practical classes, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes, which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training, which accounts for 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Work in practical classes: 15 - 30 points. 2. Creative and research tasks: 15 - 30 points. 3. Module work №1: 8 - 10 points. 4. Module work # 2: 8 - 10 points. 5. Final control work: 14 - 20 points. 6. Credit: 12 - 20 points.
