Learning outcomes
Know and use economic terminology, explain the basic concepts of micro- and macroeconomics. Use analytical and methodological tools to understand the logic of economic decision-making by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and public authorities). Use professional arguments to convey information, ideas, problems and ways to solve them to specialists and non-specialists in the field of economic activity. Understand the main features of the modern world and national economy, institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites for mastering or choosing a discipline: Know the basics of economics at the school curriculum. Be able to prepare presentations in MS Power Point. Have basic public speaking skills.
Course content
The subject of the discipline is the relations and relationships that arise between economic entities at different levels of the economic system, the general principles, laws and patterns of economic development of society.

Forms of student assessment: - semester assessment: 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum 1. Discussion, oral examination - 10 points / 6 points; 2. Solving problems - 5 points / 3 points; 3. Testing - 5 points / 3 points; 4. Modular test - 20 points / 12 points; 5. Independent work (abstract) - 20 points / 12 points.
