            Prerequisites for mastering the discipline: possession of knowledge, skills and abilities required by the standard of secondary education in the disciplines "History of Ukraine", "Ukrainian language and literature", "World History".
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The discipline "Ukrainian and foreign culture" is taught to students of the educational program "Economic Analytics and Statistics" in the first year of the first semester of the PR "Bachelor" in the amount of 3 ECTS credits. The form of final control is a test.

            Planned learning activities and teaching methods
        
        
            The purpose of the discipline - to form the ability to think critically, the ability to apply elements of critical thinking in learning and professional activities; general knowledge of modern problems of development of Ukrainian culture as a component of the European cultural space in the context of European integration and globalization; ability to describe and analyze the phenomena of world and Ukrainian culture by means of academic writing.

            Evaluation form (max. - 100 points, min. - 60 points):
- semester assessment:
1. Abstracts - 10 points / 6 points
2. Oral examination - 10 points / 6 points
3. Test work - 30 points / 18 points
4. Independent work of students - 25 points / 15 points
