The master's qualification work is a qualification document on the basis of which the Examination Commission determines the compliance of the graduate's knowledge and the level of formation of his competencies in the field of management with a bachelor's degree.

The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to solve a professional problem based on a comprehensive mastery of the material, consistent teaching, as well as the practical application of theoretical knowledge to solve specific problems to improve the management of organizations.

Problem-oriented learning: consultations of the supervisor; independent scientific research of topical issues of management of organizations of different types of economic activity, subject to the acquisition of professional qualifications - project development; presentation and discussion during pre-defense.

The result of the defense of the master's thesis is evaluated according to the stobal system, where the sum of points "90-100" corresponds to the national scale of "excellent", "75-89" - "good", "60-74" - "satisfactory".
