1. Successful mastering of the courses "Investment", "Management", "Statistics for Economists", "Finance", " Economics of Enterprise", "Insurance", other professional disciplines. 2. Knowledge of the conceptual foundations of macro- and microeconomics, psychology, economic theory, finance, business economics. 3. Ability to calculate economic and investment characteristics, to process statistical data, to analyze statistical information. 3. Have elementary skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

The problems of the content of investment management, the classification of enterprises as objects of investment management, functions and mechanism of investment management. Systems of investment management, methods of investment analysis, planning, control, investment controlling. The concept of investment strategy and its role in the development of the company. Hierarchy of relationship of investment strategy with other main elements of strategic choice of the company. Structure of an investment project of the company. Selection of investment projects and formation of the program of real investments. The business plan of the investment project, its feature. Estimation of efficiency and risks of real investment projects. Management of formation and restructuring of a portfolio of cash investments. The concept of a portfolio of financial investments, the purpose of formation. The concept of investment resources.
