1. Know: modern management tools; aspects of forming a system of applied management methods; tools for analyzing the organizational structure and the results of the organization's activities, comparing them with factors influencing the external and internal environment, determining the prospects for the organization's development; technologies of functioning of the main subsystems of the organization and the connections between them. 2. Possess: information and communication technologies for searching, processing, systematization of information from various sources; methods and tools obtained during training for their further practical use; skills of scientific search, systematization and processing of information; critical analysis of the obtained results; use of decision-making methods; generalization and presentation of final results.

Writing a term paper requires research on a particular problem in the management of the organization, regardless of activity, size and form based on acquaintance, analysis and generalization of a wide range of works of domestic and foreign scientists, periodicals, educational literature, legislation and policy documents, statistical and factual materials. , which form the basis for the relevant calculations. The results of a specific study are presented to the public, which provides not only a high level of mastery of theoretical material, but also develops the ability to substantiate conclusions, defend their own beliefs, scientific views, agree on general theoretical positions with future tasks.
