Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological, and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. PLO 2. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions. PLO 9. Be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in state and foreign languages. PLO 13. Be able to plan and implement the information, methodological, material, financial, and personnel support of the organization (unit). PLO 14. Apply corporate governance tools to solve problems of development of enterprises and organizations of different types of economic activity. PLO 15. Use the tools of management consulting in the process of diagnosing organizational problems. PLO 20. To apply innovative marketing tools in the professional activities of organizations of different types of economic activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Management", "Statistics for Economists", "Personnel Management", "Strategic Management", "Organization and Management of Innovations", "Investing", "Marketing". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, finance, business economics, the basic principles of operation and management of the enterprise. 3. Ability to calculate economic indicators, process statistics, analyze statistical information. 4. Possession of basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
Content module 1. "The concept of consulting and the realities of the new economy." The module examines the transformation of the modern consulting paradigm, the characteristics of the modern market of consulting services, classification of consulting services and consulting organizations, models of interaction between consultants and clients, features of marketing consulting. Content module 2. "The process of consulting in the organization." The module addresses the first contacts between the client and the consultant, concluding a consulting contract, conceptual framework for diagnosing organizational problems, planning and monitoring the implementation of changes in the organization, assessing the effectiveness of the consultation process for the client, general approaches to determining the potential economic impact of innovation.

Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, discussion, consideration of situational tasks, consideration of computational-analytical and practical situations, consultations, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. points 60 / min. points 36) 1. Survey and solution of situational and practical tasks (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1-2.5; 3.1; 4.1 - 4.3) - 20 points / 12 points; 2. Independent work - individual task (LO 1.1 - 1.4; 2.1-2.5; 3.1; 4.1 - 4.3) - 40 points / 24 points; Final assessment in the form of an exam.
