PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 20. Apply the principles of critical thinking, substantiation of one's own point of view in the process of making managerial decisions in conditions of uncertainty.

1. Philosophical principles of management. The module considers management as a subject of historical-philosophical and philosophical analysis, management as a type of rationality in the context of formal tsilerationality and in the development of modern society. 2. Anthropology of management. The module examines the features, specifics and role of power in society, as well as in the activities of the manager, the anthropology of power and discourses of power. Attention is paid to ethical issues in management in modern society in a situation of transformation of elites and management styles.
