PLO 2. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 5. Plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections. PLO 14. Build and research conceptual mathematical and computer models of objects and processes in the field of management. PLO 19. Apply modern tools for portfolio investment analysis, substantiate management decisions on the formation of the investment portfolio, evaluate the effectiveness of investment portfolio management of the institutional investor, carry out investment monitoring.

Full-time form

1. Know theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, economic theory, management, investment, business economics; basics of legislative regulation of investment activity; principles of cash flow formation at the enterprise; main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise. 2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing, and presentation of statistical data, mathematical modeling, forecasting, work with the regulatory framework, assessing the effectiveness of investment activities of enterprises; use Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

The basics of the process and the system of methods for managing the investment portfolio of the enterprise in a market economy are revealed. Theoretical principles have studied the formation of the investment portfolio of the innovation organization, the principles of managing the choice of financial investment instruments in the formation of the portfolio of financial investments, features of the formation of the portfolio investment strategy. The methodical tools of formation of the investment portfolio of the innovative organization, principles of formation and optimization of the portfolio of financial investment instruments of the institutional investor are investigated; modern models of optimization of the investment portfolio of the innovation organization in the process of its formation, methods of optimization of the distribution of real investments of the innovation organization in the conditions of deficit of financial resources.
