Course content
Educational discipline "Methodology and organization scientific research with the basics of intellectual property" is a mandatory discipline for students obtaining a master's degree and designed to form a comprehensive idea about science as a field of activity, in particular about its history, principles, general features organization of modern scientific activity, as well as regarding legal regulation in the field intellectual property. Mastering this discipline will help students develop learn the effective use of acquired professional knowledge and skills for implementation scientific research and professional analytical activity.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment (performed for each content module): 1. Module test - maximum 6 points 2. Essays - maximum 7 points 3. Work at seminars - maximum 7 points Based on the results of three modules, a student can score up to 60 points. In order to successfully complete semester studies and be admitted to the exam, students must score at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points, i.e. 60*0.6=36 points. Exam. The final assessment of students' knowledge and skills is carried out in the form of a written exam. The maximum possible number of points on the exam is 40. To successfully pass the exam, a student must obtain at least 50% of the maximum possible number of points, i.e. 40*0.5=20.
