Learning outcomes
1. Use for professional purposes basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and exchange activities, the ability to think critically, analyze and synthesize data. 3. Master the skills of written and oral professional communication in state and foreign languages. 4. Use modern computer and telecommunication technologies for the exchange and dissemination of professionally oriented information in the field of entrepreneurship and exchange 8. Apply the acquired knowledge and skills to initiate and implement measures in the field of environmental protection and safe operation of business and stock exchange structures. 18. Demonstrate skills of business planning, assessment of market conditions and performance of structures in the field of entrepreneurship and exchange activities, taking into account risks.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the economic and legal principles of entrepreneurial activity, composition, structure and features of the use of intangible assets of the enterprise, methods of analysis of the effectiveness of the enterprise and strategic analysis. 2. Ability to use analytical and statistical methods of processing economic information, work with national and international databases, calculate economic indicators. 3. Skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Topic 1. Analysis of the market of entrepreneurial ideas. Topic 2. Methods of generating business ideas. Topic 3. Naming of an entrepreneurial idea. Topic 4. Registration and protection of intellectual property rights. Topic 5. Business implementation model entrepreneurial idea. Topic 6. Team building. Topic 7. Presentation of an entrepreneurial idea. Business plan. Topic 8. Sources of funding for business ideas. Topic 9. Risk management of commercialization of business ideas. Topic 10. Information and organizational measures to ensure the commercialization of business ideas. Topic 11. Speechwriting. Topic 12. Etiquette of business communications.

Lecture, discussion of problematic issues; presentation of the business model of realization of the idea, presentation of the brand of the idea, performance of situational exercises from public speaking
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral interview, discussion (lectures 1 - 8), PH 1.1 - 1.3: 10 points / 6 points; Testing (lectures 1 - 8), PH 1.1 - 1.3: 10 points / 6 points; Solving computational and analytical tasks, practical tasks using a business simulator (lectures 1 - 12), RN 2.3; 4.1 - 4.2: 14 points / 6 points; Modular test 1 (lecture 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3: 10 points / 6 points. 4. Modular test 2 (lectures 8 - 12), RN 2.4; 3.1-3.2; 4.1-4.2: 10 points / 6 points. 5. Presentation of the results of the individual task: RN 2.1, 2.2, 2.4: 6 points / 6 points.
