PRN 23. To select interdisciplinary connections of geography courses in basic high school with the goal
formation of students' natural and scientific competence

basic theoretical provisions of chemistry studied in the school curriculum of the course;

implementation of the simplest mathematical operations;
- solve problems for each topic;
have the skills of operations in a chemical laboratory.
Course content
regulatory discipline for geography students
of the faculty, which includes the theoretical foundations of the laws of chemistry and geochemistry, the structure of the atom and
periodic law and periodic system of D. I. Mendeleev, types of chemical bonds and their influence
on the chemical properties of chemical compounds, the main classes of inorganic compounds, oxidation
reduction processes, patterns of chemical processes, solutions, basic physical and
chemical properties of metallic and non-metallic elements. Special attention is paid
geochemical classification of elements, general laws of migration of chemical elements in
atmosphere and hydrosphere. Having mastered the course, the student should know:
- basic laws of chemistry;
- basic laws of geochemistry;
