Learning outcomes
PLO 2. Know the regulatory framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate and restrictions on their use; PLO 5. To be able to use methods of collecting information in the field of geodesy and land management, its systematization and classification in accordance with the design or production task. PLO 8. To be able to develop land management projects, land management and cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation, to draw maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technologies, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastery of disciplines: Fundamentals of land management and cadastre, Land law, Fundamentals of environmental law, Judicial practice in land cases, Land management and real estate valuation, GIS in cadastral systems and municipal GIS, Land protection and monitoring, Cadaster. 2) knowledge of theoretical foundations of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, engineering graphics. 3) possession of skills in mathematical modeling, forecasting; knowledge of GIS information systems.
Course content
Place and role of land resources. Historical peculiarities of land ownership in Ukraine. Legal regulation of land valuation. Land resources of the world. Current state and use of land resources of Ukraine. Land resources of settlements of Ukraine. Reclamation lands of Ukraine. Distribution of the land fund of Ukraine by landowners, land users. Land market in Ukraine.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control involves a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training (20%) includes: presentation (5%), depth of methodology in the presented research (5%), feasibility and coherence of proposals (5%), degree of originality (5%) and assessment of practical training (80%) includes: qualitative integrity of the observation (20%), ability to assess the problem (20%), identification of ways and methodology to solve a problem that has arisen or may arise (20%), outlining ways to solve specific (extraordinary) problems (20%).
