PLO 2. To know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, mapping and updating, remote sensing and photogrammetry, land management, real estate valuation and land cadastre; PLO 3. To know the regulatory and legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate and restrictions on their use; PLO 5. To use methods of collecting information in the field of land management, its systematization and classification in accordance with the design or production task; PLO 8. To develop land management projects, land management and cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation, to draw maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technologies, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry;

Full-time form

Students must know the basics of land management and cadastre, have basic knowledge of geoinformatics. Develop legends of cartographic works and create cartographic models; to choose methods, means and equipment in order to carry out professional activities in the field of geodesy and land management.

Urban cadastre is a discipline chosen by the university. The discipline gives an idea of ​​the formation of geospatial data infrastructure at all levels of the country's administrative and territorial system and the management of planning processes and development of the territory, in which urban planning is the most important and complex. The discipline is closely related to related fields of knowledge, such as aerospace research methods, geoinformatics, cartography, land management and cadastre. The course consists of two content modules. The first one is dedicated to the task and peculiarities of the formation of the urban cadastre, analysis of the state and trend of informatization of the urban planning activity, the main tasks and principles of creating the GIS of the urban cadastre. In the second module, the peculiarity of the organization of the storage of urban planning documentation in the GIS of the urban cadastre is revealed, the classes of objects of the urban cadastre are presented.

Control is carried out according to the modular rating system. Forms of control of students' knowledge and skills are: laboratory work; modular test papers, independent work. It is mandatory for the exam to pass two content modules and all laboratory modules during the semester.
