            Course content

The discipline "Soil Ecology" covers the diversity of different groups of organisms - soil inhabitants, their features of ecology and biology, general patterns of formation and functioning of soil groups, the functional role of major taxonomic groups of these organisms in the processes
soil formation, features of their adaptation to living in the soil environment, as well as outlines a range of methods and methodological approaches that can be used in conducting research in related sciences and interdisciplinary projects and which require in-depth knowledge of soil ecology. The discipline is designed to generalize the idea of the systematic organization of the soil population and their functional role in the processes of soil formation, biological indication of soil condition
