Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Economic Theory", "Microeconomics", "Economics"
enterprises ".
2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, history of economics and economics
thought, psychology, sociology, economic theory.
3. Ability to analyze scientific sources and statistical information, process data and
calculate the main economic indicators.
3. Mastering basic skills: using MicrosoftOfficeWord,
MicrosoftOfficeExcel, MicrosoftPowerPoint.
Course content
The discipline studies the essence of the concept of management; integrated approaches to management; evolution of theories, concepts and schools of management; laws and principles of management; modern management concepts; modern view on the definition of organization in society and economy; organization environment and its analysis; issues of classification of management functions and their role in management (planning, organization, motivation, control); essence and types of planning in management; organizational design and its stages; classification of organizational structures and their methods
constructions; motivation and stimulation; substantive and procedural theories of motivation; the concept and content of control in management.

presentations, practical tasks with elements of discussion): RN 1.1–4.1 - 60/30 points.
