Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The discipline covers the study of the main etiological and pathogenetic factors of diseases of the digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular and urinary systems; basics of clinical examination of the patient, the main symptoms and syndromes of diseases of internal organs and their evaluation, methodological foundations of physical examination of the patient and semiological evaluation of the results of examination of the patient, clinical and diagnostic interpretation of the most important laboratory and instrumental studies; basic principles of treatment, prognosis and prevention, covers the study of concepts, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, principles, research methods, methodological approaches in internal medicine. It is studied in two stages, mastering the basic methods of physical, instrumental, laboratory examination of the patient, mastering the main symptoms, the syndrome of common diseases of internal organs and the rules of diagnosis.
