Collect information about the general condition of the patient, assess the psychomotor and physical development of the patient, the state of organs and systems of the body, based on the results of laboratory and instrumental studies to assess information about the diagnosis (list 4). Assign and analyze additional (mandatory and optional) examination methods (laboratory, radiological, functional and / or instrumental) according to list 4, patients with diseases of organs and systems of the body for differential diagnosis of diseases (list 2). Analyze and evaluate government, social and medical information using standard approaches and computer information technology.

In recent years, the world has seen a significant increase in numbers rheumatic diseases that cause an increase in the frequency of disability, loss efficiency and significantly impair the quality of life of patients. Timely diagnosis is available the key to successful treatment, because of the doctor's knowledge, practical skills, thoroughness and accuracy of the study of joints, musculoskeletal system to a large extent depends on the timeliness and correctness of the diagnosis, the effectiveness of treatment. The program of the course "Topical issues of rheumatology" in the 5th year provides for improvement knowledge of current issues in the theory and practice of major rheumatic diseases and syndromes with to improve the treatment, prevention, quality of life and health of the population.
