Learning outcomes
Use basic methods (clinical, instrumental) examination of children, be able to examine internal organs and evaluate results. Identify the leading clinical symptom or syndrome, establish the most likely diagnosis of the disease. Analyze the age characteristics of body functions and their regulation.

Successful mastering of the disciplines "Histology, Cytology and Embryology", "Human Physiology and Anatomy", "Medical Biology", "Medical Chemistry", "Bioorganic and Biological Chemistry", "Medical and Biological Physics", "Microbiology, Virology and Immunology" , "Pathophysiology", "Pharmacology", "Propaedeutics of internal medicine", "General surgery". Ability to independently apply knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, histology of cytology and embryology, medical biology, etc. academic disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
Propaedeutics of pediatrics is a mandatory discipline that studies the laws of physical and psychomotor development of children of different ages, anatomical and physiological features, semiotics of various organs and systems of the child's body, the principles of rational feeding and nutrition of children of different ages.
