Ability to independently assess the nature and features of histogenesis in pathology and norm. 3. Possession of basic skills in working with scientific literature, comparative and systematic analysis, extrapolation of data to solve specific scientific and practical problems.
Course content
The discipline "Cell Culture and Histogenesis" is part of the program of professional training of educational level "Master" in the educational program "Laboratory Diagnostics". The subject "Cell Culture and Histogenesis" is based on knowledge of cytology and pathological conditions in vivo and in vitro. Due to the fact that the last decades have been characterized by the rapid development of molecular genetic and immunological diagnosis of infectious diseases. introduction of biotechnologies into clinical practice, which has contributed to significant progress in the diagnosis and treatment of pathological conditions, increased diagnostic capabilities of methods of examination of patients, improved laboratory diagnostics, developed drugs based on cell cultures.
