Learning outcomes
The student must know and be able to apply in practice the hygienic requirements for production and the environment, to understand the problems of human interaction with the environment. Interpret the basic laws of hygienic science and the general laws of the connection of health with the factors and conditions of the living environment. Investigate environmental factors and their compliance with natural levels and hygienic standards. To form practical skills and abilities of toxicological and hygienic experiment, which students acquire in the process of laboratory work. To form skills of conducting hygienic examination of certain types of products and projects.

1. Successful mastering of disciplines Philosophy, sociology and medical sociology, informatics, ethics, physics, biology, microbiology and virology, medical and general chemistry, bioorganic and biological chemistry, physiology, pathological physiology, internal diseases, radiation medicine, medical law, bioethics. 2. The ability to independently apply knowledge of medical and general chemistry, bioorganic and biological chemistry, physiology, pathological physiology, internal diseases, radiation medicine, medical law, bioethics, etc. educational disciplines for the solution of specific scientific and practical tasks; work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Owning elementary skills of system analysis.
Course content
Within the course "Hygiene with hygienic expertise" ideas about hygiene as the main discipline of environmental protection and prevention are formed. Students gain professional knowledge and skills on the principles of research of environmental factors, their impact on human health, the importance of hygiene standards, preventive measures that provide optimal conditions for human life. The acquired knowledge can be used by students not only in the educational process, but also during scientific activities in the field of related and interdisciplinary sciences.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, laboratory classes and independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Current control is carried out at each practical lesson in accordance with its specific objectives. All practical classes use standardized control of theoretical training and control of practical skills: practical tasks, including competency-oriented, problem solving, test control, oral examination, written answer to the teacher's question. Students receive a grade for each practical lesson, which is comprehensive and includes control of both theoretical and practical training of the student. Independent work of students, which is provided in the topic along with classroom work, is assessed during the current control of the topic in the relevant lesson. The final control takes place at the end of the study of the block of relevant content modules by calculating the points obtained by students in performing practical and individual tasks and the results of individual tests. Final control in the form of a credit.
