The course covers the development of modern methods of microbiological research, designed to outline the range of methods and techniques of research conducted in various fields of microbiology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem, and which can be used in research in related sciences. The course is designed to summarize the student's understanding of the basic methods of working with biological objects of different levels of organization (from individual molecules to whole organisms and their populations), as well as provide students with skills in planning and conducting experimental work using different methods and techniques. specific scientific and practical task, statistical processing of the obtained data and interpretation of the experimental results (both obtained in person and provided by scientific laboratories and / or published in the scientific literature).
