The result of training is mastering the basic laws of development of world civilization of ancient times and the Middle Ages, modernization processes of modern and modern times.

Know:
1. the main trends in the development of civilization as the highest stage of evolution of the social form of the hand of matter;
2. the main periods of the history of world civilizations, their differences, defining events and phenomena;
3. the main directions of transformations of socio-economic and socio-political relations in the leading cultural and historical communities;
4. mental features of representatives of local civilizations;
5. the relationship and interaction of civilizations at different stages of development of the world community.
Be able:
1. understand the importance of natural conditions and religious factors to determine the specifics of individual civilizations;
2. analyze the processes of formation and development of individual civilizations from ancient times to the present;
Course content
Coverage of the development of world history from antiquity to the present day. Isolation of general trends in human development, revealing the specifics of their impact on human existence in local civilizations that have existed and exist on Earth. Identification of free factors that determine the processes of civilization at the present stage, as well as their impact on the progress of the world community, Europe, Ukraine.

Semester assessment:
1. Modular work 1 (remote) - RN 1.1 - 2.5 (block of topics of Section 1) - 16 points / 8 points
2. Modular control robot 2 (remote) - RN 1.1 - 2.5 (block of topics of Section 2) - 16 points / 8 points
3. Presentations / reports - RN 3.1 - 12 points / 8 points
4. Oral answers / additions - RN 1.1 - 3.1 - 56 points / 28 points
