Learning outcomes To know the theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of innovative activity in Ukraine. Know the organizational and legal principles of ensuring the sphere of innovative activity. To be able to analyze problems in the field of innovative activities of relations, to determine the priority problems of the system of public management of innovative activities and ways to solve them. Autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the regulation of innovative activities in the public sphere, in particular during Justification of the priority problems of the system of public management of the development of innovations in various spheres of activity and ways of solving them

Prerequisites and additional requirements To know: the basic principles of the territorial organization of power in Ukraine, the principles of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities; To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of information processing regarding socio-economic development of territorial entities. Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data.

Methods and criteria of assessment the final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points), which is defined as the sum (simple or weighted) of points for systematic work during the semester. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester. Thus, the final grade consists of the sum of the semester number of points and the final test;
