Learning outcomes
Know: the subject, methods, theoretical foundations of state policy analysis; the main issues of state policy analysis and to think critically about these issues.
Be able to: demonstrate knowledge of specialized literature on the analysis of state policy; to determine directions of development of systems at different levels, to carry out an expert assessment of motives, norms, value orientations of state policy analysis.

to be able to carry out effective communication in the field of public administration and establish effective communication using modern information and communication technologies
autonomy and responsibility:
to independently search and critically process the literature on political management, to be fluent in the methods of processing, analysis and synthesis of scientific information.

Prerequisites and additional requirements
to know the general nature and meaning of politics as a specific type of human activity, as well as the basic categorical and conceptual apparatus of the science of public administration.
To be able to apply key public management concepts, theories and methods to the analysis of public management processes in society.
Possess the skills of using information and communication technologies and solving specialized tasks in the subject area of public administration science.

Topic 2. State policy: basic concepts and problems.
Content module 2. State policy analysis
Topic 3. Analysis of state policy as a scientific discipline and profession.
Topic 4. Main stages of state policy analysis (basic concepts and basic models).
Topic 5. Communicative elements of state policy analysis.
Topic 6. Implementation of the policy and its evaluation.
