Learning outcomes
Know: theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis management in social development; types of state regulation of crisis situations; anti-crisis management technologies, features of personnel management in emergency situations, technologies for prevention and resolution of conflict situations
To be able to analyze the state and development problems of the regions of Ukraine and countries
the world in the context of anti-crisis management; to analyze the internal and external causes of crisis situations in the management of territories, the stages of crisis manifestation in the public administration system; to define a system of strategic goals for exiting the crisis, to develop ways and measures for exiting the crisis
autonomy and responsibility: to demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may influence the formation of anti-crisis policy in social development.

1. To know: the basic principles of economic theory, the foundations of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities; specifics of the organization of activities in the system of local self-government.
2. To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of processing information on the socio-economic development of territorial entities, indicators of the activity of public authorities, work with national and international databases.
3.Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical,
sociological and other data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which makes up 25% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points):

Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline. The final grade for the discipline is assigned to the student based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points received during the academic semester, including points received for independent work and final control work.
