Know: theoretical foundations regarding the essence, content and principles of public administration; characteristic features and basics
construction of organizational structures of public administration; concepts of separation of powers and the system of state bodies in Ukraine, technology of the decision-making procedure in public administration.
Be able to: apply knowledge
legislation in the field of public administration regarding the formation of management decisions and their effective implementation
implementation; analyze and characterize legal norms, institutions, branches of the sub-branch of law

Prerequisites and additional requirements
1.To know: theoretical foundations and features of the functioning of the public sphere
management and administration; the essence of power as a social phenomenon; characteristic features and foundations of building organizational structures of public administration; standards, principles and norms of activity in the field of public management and administration;
2. To be able to: apply the relevant norms of the current legislation, distinguish between legal ones
system from the legal system; establish communication between citizens and bodies of state power and local self-government;
3. Possess: the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical,
economic and other data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);

– semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points):
final assessment (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final assessment is an exam.
