Learning outcomes
1. Know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, basics and technologies of management decision-making.
2. Solve complex tasks of public administration, taking into account the requirements of the law, identify legal conflicts and problems, develop draft regulations to eliminate them.
4. Use modern methods of scientific knowledge and conduct research in the field of public administration and administration, including parliamentarism and parliamentary activities.
7. As part of the working group based on the principles of systems analysis and an integrated approach to be able to develop national / regional policy documents for the development of public administration and administration, in particular parliamentarism and parliamentary activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- know the basic characteristics of public administration and representative democracy; basic concepts and categories in the field of management; basics of public administration;
- be able to analyze current legislation on phenomena and phenomena of public administration, management processes and events, in particular those related to the active participation of citizens in management decisions; apply the basic terms, categories and classifications of public administration in the analysis of socio-political phenomena and processes; identify current trends and transformations of public administration in the development of parliamentarism as the basis of political organization of state power, other factors of the XXI century; to forecast the prospects of their development taking into account the peculiarities of the management processes in the context of integration, globalization, decentralization of power in Ukraine;

- development of parliamentarism in Ukraine and evolution of the form of public administration;
- traditions and values of parliamentarism;
- political-administrative and parliamentary elite
