Learning outcomes
PH01. Know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, basics and technologies of management decision-making. PH08. Be able to communicate effectively, argue their position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public administration and administration on the basis of social responsibility, legal and ethical norms. PH10. Represent public administration bodies and other public organizations and present the results of their activities to specialists and the general public. PH11. Develop sound management decisions taking into account European and Euro-Atlantic integration issues, take into account objectives, existing legislative, time and resource constraints, assess the political, social, economic and environmental consequences of solutions

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines "Ethics", "History of Psychological Doctrines", "Sociology", etc., which are studied within the bachelor's program; 1. Know: basics of ethics, psychology, sociology, theory of social systems, the history of the theory of public administration 2. Be able to analyze the content of key concepts of ethics, public administration, psychology and sociology, summarize and correlate different conceptual approaches to the study of social phenomena, analyze the existing legal framework for the practical work of civil servants and apply theoretical models in practice. 3. Have the skills of public communication, activity planning, performance appraisal, building professional interaction, analysis, synthesis, generalization of information, work with the regulatory framework.
Course content
Professional and applied ethics in the structure of ethical knowledge. Professional ethics. Corporate ethics. Corporate social responsibility. Principles of CSR. Ethics of civil servants: essence, specifics and role in public life. Value-normative principles of civil servant's activity. Ethics of civil servants as a means of preventing corruption. Codes of ethics and ethical infrastructure in the civil service system

Assessment methods and criteria
Polls, discussions, implementation tasks, presentations, modular tests, exam. Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides a two-level assessment of mastered material, including assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.4), which is 40% of the total assessment for the semester and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 -2.4; communication 3.1-3.2, autonomy 4.1 - 4.3), which is 60% of the total score for the semester
