Learning outcomes
Achievement by students of such competencies as: specialized conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research on various problematic issues of representative legal relations; critically comprehend problems in the field and on the border of fields of knowledge related to the relations of representation; clearly and unambiguously convey their own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to persons studying in the field of law.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
to properly master the basic principles of legislative regulation of representative relations, to identify problematic issues that arise both in theory and in law enforcement, to learn how to solve, propose alternative solutions to these or other issues in the absence of legislative regulation.
- to know the basic principles of regulation of types of representation under the legislation of Ukraine, peculiarities of conclusion, amendment, termination, termination of transactions involving representatives, definition of the concept and degree of powers of representatives.
Course content
The following issues are revealed in the study of the discipline on the principle of architectonics: the concept and characteristics of representation; types of representation and features of their legal regulation; subjects of representative legal relations; principles of representation; grounds for the emergence and termination of representation.
Knowledge of the relationship of representation with other related legal structures such as commission agreement, agency agreement, mediation, etc. will be acquired.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-studying work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester forms of evaluation: 1. Class presentation - from 8 to 12 points; additions to the presentation - from 4 to 8 points; essential questions to the speakers (discourse) - from 2 to 4 points; reports and research papers - from 5 to 9 points; solving a case - from 5 to 7 points.
The following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the answer; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in class; results of homework.
Students may make up seminars missed for valid reasons.
A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may not be admitted to the final assessment.
The final assessment is a written or oral examination (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) (maximum score - 60).
