During the study of the discipline students are introduced to the categorical apparatus, tools for property valuation, business and conditions of their application, problems of methodology and methods of analysis of property status of the enterprise, as well as world experience in valuation. The study of the principles of methodology "Assessment of property complexes" focuses on the economic content of indicators, interpretation of quantitative parameters, theoretically accepted level of evaluation criteria and their values ​​in domestic practice, the essence of evaluation methods, main disadvantages and advantages, possible areas for improvement and practical use. activities.
