Learning outcomes
Knowledge of legal and methodological bases of land and real estate valuation. Use of topographic and geodetic and photogrammetric equipment and technologies, methods of mathematical processing of topographic and geodetic and photogrammetric measurements.
Assessment of integrated property complexes, financial interests and other property rights, using geographic information technologies and computer software and database management systems. Possession of technologies and methods of planning and forecasting the development of the real estate market for management purposes and computer processing of results in geographic information systems.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
In order to better master the educational material of the student's discipline is necessary have knowledge of linear algebra, mathematical programming, probability theory,
mathematical statistics; personal computer skills, have a basic level of programming knowledge.
Course content
The curriculum shows the complexity and effectiveness of knowledge of the main trends in systems development. Possibilities of the system approach in scientific research, engineering and administrative activity, in any sphere of social life are demonstrated. An idea of the ideology of systems analysis and research is provided, the use of which will help increase the efficiency of professional activity.

Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system and provides: performance of 6 laboratory works (where students have to demonstrate quality
acquired knowledge and solve problems using those outlined by the teacher methods and tools), as well as conducting 2 modular tests. Final assessment is conducted in the form of written and oral test.
