Learning outcomes
- Know and apply regulations and documents, reference materials in the field of geodesy and land management and related industries. - Perform surveys and survey, topographic and geodetic, cartographic, design and design and survey work in the performance of professional tasks. - Select and apply tools, equipment, hardware and software necessary for remote, ground, field and in-house research in the field of geodesy and land management. - Organize, perform remote, ground, field and in-house work in the field of geodesy and land management, draw up the results of work. - Develop documentation on land management, cadastre, documentation on land valuation using computer technology, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry, fill in state cadastres. - Develop and make effective decisions on professional activities in the field of geodesy and land management, including in conditions of uncertainty.

Course content
One of the important directions of professional training of the future employees are conducting educational practice. Educational practice is an important stage of familiarizing students with with the chosen specialty "Land and Real Estate Appraisal", with modern technologies used in evaluation enterprises, obtaining professional knowledge and skills that will help in the formation of basic professional competencies of a specialist. The main goal of educational practice is consolidation, deepening and expansion of theoretical knowledge acquired by students during the course "Evaluation of property complexes" and "Evaluation of land and real estate". Acquisition by students of the skills of independent performance of work on land and property assessment and justification of the approaches and methods used for evaluation.

Final evaluation in the form of differentiated credit (report protection). Differentiated credit is given based on the results of the student's work during practice, as the sum (simple or weighted) of points for systematic work during the entire period of practice.
