Use oral and written technical Ukrainian language and be able to communicate in a foreign language (English) among professionals and various fields of activity. Know the legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and evaluation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land, other real estate and restrictions on their use. Know and apply in professional activities regulations, regulatory and technical documents, reference materials in the field of geodesy and land management and related industries. Develop projects to regulate real estate markets and land resources. Conduct normative and expert monetary valuation of lands and integral property complexes, financial interests and other property rights.

Full-time form

Have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, such as "Introduction to University Studies", etc. Know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society. Be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities. Have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of their own educational activities.

The discipline is an organic combination of legal and economic knowledge necessary for the formation of general competencies of specialists in any field of knowledge, and includes two content modules: 1. Selected sections of labor law form a set of knowledge and skills about: employment contract; working hours and rest time; wages; labor protection; labor discipline, disciplinary and material responsibility; protection of labor rights. 2. The basics of entrepreneurial activity form in the applicant of higher education a set of knowledge and skills about: entrepreneurship: forms, business models and ethical principles; technologies for creating your own business; sources of formation and evaluation of the efficiency of resource use in business; evaluation of business results; commercialization of ideas (products).

Lectures, seminars, express surveys, tests, independent work.

Types of current control are: express survey, oral examination, testing, control work on theoretical issues that are covered in lectures and studied by the applicant in independent work, solving practical situations in seminars, presentations and presentations, solving analytical problems during independent work.
