Course content
This course contributes to the formation of the necessary worldview of students regarding
modern trends in the use of territorial information systems at
valuation of land and real estate. Lectures and practical classes are provided
the opportunity to obtain the necessary knowledge for the concept of basic types
territorial information systems, their functionality and structure,
definition of the concept of information in general and properties. An important aspect is
acquisition of information and acquisition of students' ability to conduct mathematical
model analysis and predict the obtained result using
territorial information systems. Discipline is aimed at management
information related to the territory, integrating the spatial component
(topographic database, orthophoto plans, cadastral maps, plans
territorial management, management of construction practice, etc.) with different
databases used in the evaluation of land and immovable mana.
