Learning outcomes
Know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, mapping and updating maps, remote sensing of the Earth and photogrammetry, land management, real estate appraisal and land cadastre. Know the legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and evaluation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land, other real estate and restrictions on their use.

Course content
The discipline "Assessment of investment projects" is based on theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of appraisal work, allows you to gain knowledge of investment analysis and evaluation of investment projects. The course takes into account the latest trends, existing standards, approaches and methodologies for evaluating projects and the purpose of considering the procedure for evaluating investment projects in the context of the formation of the value of land and real estate.

The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. During the semester there are 6 practical works (where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher) and 2 written modular tests.
